1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Coursy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Coursy is a learning management system (LMS) that enables organisations to create, assign and track employee training. The Service includes course creation tools, automated training assignment, completion reporting and certificate management.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data and privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, distribute or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Coursy platform, including its design, code and trademarks, is owned by Coursy Technology OÜ. Content you upload to the platform remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to host and serve it as part of the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coursy Technology OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
