Do admin accounts cost extra?
No. Admins are billed at exactly the same rate as learner accounts. There is no premium tier for administrator seats.
What counts as a billed user?
A billed user (active seat) is any user account provisioned for at least one day in a billing month. Deactivated accounts are not billed.
Is onboarding included in the price?
Yes, fully. Every customer receives guided platform setup, data migration assistance, and admin training at no extra charge. There are no onboarding or implementation fees.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees. The monthly price covers everything in the platform. Optional modules and custom integrations (such as HRIS or SSO connections) are the only additional line items, and those are clearly priced upfront.
Where is my data hosted? Is it GDPR compliant?
All data is hosted on servers located in the European Union. We operate in full compliance with GDPR, with daily backups and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
What support is available after go-live?
Every customer has a named account manager, not a support queue. You also get access to our knowledge portal, help documentation, and a private customer community with regular events.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-year?
Yes. You can move to a higher user tier at any point during your contract. We'll prorate the difference and the new limit takes effect immediately.
Is annual billing required?
Annual billing is the default and earns you a 10% discount. Monthly billing is available on request, just reach out.
What are the optional modules?
The core Coursy platform is fully included at every price point. Optional modules, like 360° Feedback, Licence Tracking, or E-commerce, are specialist extensions for specific workflows. They're priced separately per 500 users and only make sense for some organisations.
Is there a free trial?
Every customer gets a free, unlimited sandbox environment before going live. We're also happy to arrange a guided demo on your own sample data.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Annual contracts run for 12 months. If your team shrinks, contact us, we handle every situation on a case-by-case basis and won't hold you to a plan that no longer fits.
What if I need more than 1,000 users?
We love scale. Contact us for a custom quote, pricing continues to improve significantly as your organisation grows.
